At St Mark’s Catholic Primary School Drummoyne, we offer a range of activities before, during and after school hours.
Sport
At St Mark’s we provide our students with an array of sporting opportunities and events throughout the year that promote a healthy and active lifestyle as well as educate students about the importance of safe, respectful and fair play. Regardless of their sporting ability, all students’ needs are met and they are encouraged to reach their full potential.
Music
At St Mark’s we have a specialist Music teacher and there is a school choir. There are many opportunities throughout the year for our budding musicians to showcase their talent. In 2024, across Years 3-6, we will be implementing the Amadeus Music program.
Art
At St Mark’s we have a specialist Art teacher and there is an Art club at the school. There are many opportunities throughout the year for your artistic and creative students to showcase their talent. Some of the key initiatives that we participate in are the annual portrait prize and the Christmas Art story competition.
Chess
As an extracurricular opportunity for interested parents, once a week, students can participate in chess classes. This occurs during lunch.
